To simply put things. I get RESULTS! I am a weight loss specialist. If you do the work, the RESULTS will come! Achieving your fitness goals is a collaborative effort, and I am here to coach you every step of the way. If you're tired of crowded gyms, membership fees, annual fees, and gimmicks? Then, more than likely, I am the trainer for you. I have a private personal training studio located in Homewood, IL. I have over 12 years personal training experience. I have trained just about every type of client from youth and collegiate athletes to stay-at-home moms and senior citizens. I also have a team of educated trainers that train out of our Hammond location. Look no further! My customers travel to my studio.

Darrell is a fantastic personal trainer to work with. One of the first things I noticed was how comfortable I felt. I was expecting someone frenzied and too focused on the money, but that wasn’t the case. Darrell works with my schedule and his pricing is affordable. My workouts are challenging but I don’t feel overwhelmed due to Darrell’s calm energy and his clear instruction. He’s also very knowledgeable about fitness. I actually look forward to my workouts because afterwards, I feel all the endorphins and I feel like I’m getting stronger every time. Also, his gym is neat, has all the equipment you need, and it’s in a great area. I highly recommend working with him.

Darrell is the best ! I’ve been training with him for about 4 weeks now & I’m starting another session tomorrow. He is very professional , his plans show results . He really guides you , help you to achieve your goals , gives very great advice on how to adjust to a healthier lifestyle. You can see how passionate and serious he takes this !! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do offer discounts to loyal clients. I offer two free sessions to any client who refers someone who signs up. If you can find a rate lower than mine, in most cases I'll match it.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer. I like to first discuss goals and health history. From there, I begin planning our future sessions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in Physical Education. I also have a degree in Fitness/exercise I have been ACSM certified for about 6 years. I am a student of my craft, I am constantly researching, reading, and staying ahead fitness trends.
