Bryan was on time, and very experienced. He explained and completed the work, made sure everything is cleaned before he left. Bradford white is high performance, energy savings & durable system which was suggested, it’s the best bang for your buck. The price I paid is little high (in my opinion) but less compared to other companies for the same product. I got 6 years warranty on the product from the manufacturer & 6 years labor warranty from H2flow. I strongly recommend H2flow whoever are looking for same service or any plumbing work.

Response to my request was very prompt and it was very much appreciated as we were having family for holidays and wanted toilet to be functional. Jake was very professional and took hardly 2/3 minutes to clear the toilet clog. Much appreciated for his advice and suggestions to handle future clogs.
