UPDATE: We tried to resolve this with PB Decorating - by asking for a refund. This is the response we received from the company. Two things I would like to note: 1. Fox Valley Deals did not note that stain was not included in this deal 2. Fox Valley Deal also worked with us, giving us a credit for what we paid to purchase the voucher because of the way we were treated by PB Decorating. Here is the UNPROFESSIONAL (to say it nicely) that the owner of PB Decorated sent us after we complained about their misrepresentation. "How does it feel that you were wrong the stain is not included in the Fox Valley Deal. I told you would not get your $100 refunded because you were wrong. Also stain is $45 plus tax per gallon for Benjamin Moore Stain that will last you about 5years. I almost forgot how cheap you are you shop at Home Depot Stain and buy their $20 stain that only protects your wood for 1 month. Good luck and keep wasting your money on cheap stain. Maybe one day you will learn to be smarter. Thank you, Paul Binkowski P.B. Decorating Inc."

This not a professional painter. Do not hire them. Paint was found everywhere, hardwood floors, tile floors, brand new kitchen cabinets, ceiling fan, new dishwasher, bathroom light, door trim, baseboards. I am just overwhelmed with the amount of paint, dust, and dirt everywhere. Even when I mentioned things needed to be covered they weren't. Just awful! Do not support this contractor, this is not a professional company!

Who is this? We always clean up after ourselves. We never had a complaint like this in the 16 years I have been in business. We do cover everything when we paint so I do not know what you are talking about. If you have something to say about our Professional Painting Company I would like you to contact me. So who ever this is, you are joke to make a phony complaint.

If I could add another star... I would! They are THAT good! I dealt with Paul to set a date with my painting projects , and it was a breeze. Paul was very responsive, extremely professional and very accommodating. I added a second project 2 days before painters were scheduled, and Paul made it happen. THANK YOU, Paul and Crew! The painting crew did a great job, clean lines, and they were very fast. Nice guys, too! I will definitely use them again, in the future! Thanks, again!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Do not use this painter! You'll have less frustration if you do your own work using your bare hands! Not that he doesn't do a good job, but if he says it will cost you $X, you can actually plan to spend way more than that. Lies, deception, and very poor customer service is all you will remember!
