- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For recurring cleaning we offer a discount: Weekly cleaning - 10 % off Biweekly cleaning - 5% off Late cancellation: Please make sure to make any changes/cancellations before 12pm the day before scheduled service in order to avoid a $50 cancellation fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all, we listen to our customers and their needs/ preferences. Based on the initial conversation we try to established a plan to make sure that the areas of concern are left spotless. Our main goal is to satisfied our customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I think that having 15 years of experience is the best training you can have. I also carry Green Clean Certification; therefore, I’m able to provide cleaning services using only eco friendly products.
