- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
one price for hair and make up as another plus there’s a travel fee. I travel up to 50 miles one way.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication finding out how many people are in the wedding, including the bride. In any extras that want to get their hair done and make up. And timing with the photographer like to get in before he shows up to make sure everyone’s here and make up is done. And figuring out if they wanna do a trial or not.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I stay up on the latest trends, and I also teach and do classes for other students and school or cosmetologists. I do platform work. I stay up on all the current trends of styles, color cuts, Extentions ,etc. products I will love. I think in my shower alone I have six bottles of shampoo and conditioner and all different types of hair, masks, and facial wash, don’t even ask what’s underneath my bathroom sink.
