- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are hard to beat when compared to competitors. I have zero mark up on parts and my labor is fair and affordable. I also provide a price match that is reasonable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Set up an in person visit. 2. Inspect and measure area of the closet. 3. Provide customer options for color and design. 4. Email customer an estimate within 24-48 hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 31 years of painting experience, 5 years as an assembly worker and being a do it your self type of guy. I have installed many closets and the customers are always satisfied once completed.
