Two men worked the washer and dryer up the basement stairs (10) without the use of a dolly. Upon reaching the landing, swiveled the washer around with nothing to protect my laminated floor, thereby scratching the surface. Buffing removed much of the marks, but still.... When I asked if they would sweep the floor, I was informed they had no broom (I lent them mine). No dolly, no broom.
