I'm the head coach and founder of Defined Fitness & Nutrition where our mission is to change the lives of busy clients by helping them transform their bodies from the inside out. We focus on customizing programs that fit the lifestyle, needs, and preferences of each client to yield long lasting changes leading to confidence, strength, energy, and control of over all health.
