- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Emergency Plumbing we provide upfront, flat rate pricing - NOT by the hour. Our technician will come to your home to assess any work needed and perform a Plumbing Safety Assessment at no additional charge. You will be provided with options that fit your situation and your budget. Our low cost diagnosis fee will be waived if any work is performed .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our experienced tech will review all options with your prior to ANY work beginning. All of our technicians are drug tested, background checked , and arrive with a fully stocked truck ready to fix your plumbing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed and insured plumbing company. For us, providing excellent customer service isn't just our duty it's our passion. Whatever you need for your property, whether it's toilet or faucet repairs, sump pump replacement , water heaters, our team can handle it. YOU CAN COUNT ON US!
