- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our service call cost $89. If our customer will agree for repair, we doing discount and you won't pay anything for service call. Also sometimes its possible to give you an estimate online, before the call. But it depends on appliance and what's the issue. Need to get it fixed? Call us!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all we will set up an appointment, will choose time that works for you and first available of course! I will call you 1 hour in advance before arriving to confirm, after that I will do diagnostic of broken appliance and inform you about issue and estimate price to fix it, you will decide what to do. We always leave our customers satisfied!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was working as a technician at another company more than 10 years. And now, as you can see, 3+ years ago I started this company. I wanted to help people and solve their appliance problems. To find a personalized approach to each customer and leave them with the best possible experience.
