Cristian is a fantastic trainer: patient, knowledgeable, understanding, passionate, motivating and driven. I had never lifted before and Cristian helped me gain so much confidence and was patient teaching me the proper techniques. He is more than a trainer, he is a confidant and a friend. He is a great listener and will do everything possible to help you reach your goals as long as you’re just as dedicated as he is. I could not recommend him and his coaching enough!
