FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
To start a project I charge a one time service fee for conventional everyday household fixes, and if the project is a larger inquiry that requires extensive materials and labor, the service fee is accredited with the total costs. Traditional half down payment to start, and final payment upon completion. Phase payment options available contingent upon necessary workloads completed more involved renovation projects. All new clients with referral will receive 10% discount on labor cost. Discount coupons for reduced service fees or labor cost given out to all customers who have completed 2 or more work orders! I have an extensive price book with my standard pricing on projects, but always take the quantity of work needed in to account, the more work I have the better the price can be negotiated.
