FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are as competitive as can be. Due to the economic hard times, Lumber is extremely expensive, quotes are only good for 1 week. We are fully insured, and have workers comp. Price is different per job. On an average a day worth of work is roughly between $695-$1,000 a day for labor. This covers labor, fuel, tools, and insurance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually like to discuss project over the phone prior to setting up an estimate. Then schedule a/an quote. Based on the size and schedule a quote is usually sent by email within a few days. Once agreed on project and price, Contractor will then set up a contract followed by a deposit to lock client in as the next in line. Deposit pays for any dumpsters, permits, drawings, ect. Once an agreed start date is set, a first draw will be due prior to starting, to pay for any materials need. From there the project will be broken down into Payment draws until job is done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
