**UPDATE** The owner of this business, Tasha, reached out to me and personally took care of my dog and made my poor experience right. After seeing her go out of her way to make right on my experience, I will give this business another chance, as it is a nice small business to support in Gurnee. Tasha did a fantastic job grooming my dog and fixing the mistakes that were made. ** Upsetting experience. I had an appointment for my dog to be groomed at 9 am. Originally was told the appointment would last an hour to an hour and a half. The day I arrived to drop her off, was told they were running behind and it would be a couple of hours. I called at 12:30 pm to see how my dog was doing because I hadnt heard from them, and was informed she was just starting to be groomed, 3 1/2 hours after the time I had scheduled for an appointment. Whats the point of an appointment time if that happens? The prices are very reasonable, which I liked and was a reason to go with Logans House, as I love supporting local small businesses. I paid extra for a deshedding shampoo and deshedding treatment for my dog. Complete waste of money. I understand she sheds a lot, Australian Shepard/English Setter mix, but after this supposed treatment, there was literally no difference made. In reference to the grooming part, there were a number of mistakes, that conveniently werent able to be fixed because by the time I picked her up the groomer had left for the day. Love to support small business in Gurnee but Ill be trying out other groomers in the area after this experience and dont think Ill just throw my money down the drain here again.

First time using this business as a doggy daycare for a few hours and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE ENVIRONMENT! The prices are VERY VERY AFFORDABLE!!!!!! They also have a very easy account registration process and booking process. Logans House was very welcoming and they were able to take my 2.5 month old puppy named Red, in since he had all his shots. The staff was really friendly, they were all very knowledgeable about dogs and I felt super confident and comfortable leaving my puppy in their hands. I will 100% be returning for future services with this business. Thank you for letting Red hang out with you all for the day! I now have one very tired puppy
