After being frustrated by several contractors either not showing up for appointments, or providing estimates way outside my budget.i found Thumbtack and within three days had four reasonable estimates to choose from. I chose Benito from Custom Design Flooring because I immediately liked his personality. It was obvious from our first telephone communication that this man not only wanted the job, he was going to do whatever he could to do a good job and have a happy client. I am very happy with the work, the price, and the length of time it took to floor four rooms. The flooring is absolutely beautiful and the best news is that my husband also thinks the world of Benito's work and professionalism. Unfortunately, we live in a house that was built in the 30's and apparently not built very well as numerous minor imperfections had to be addressed by this craftsman, who came through with flying colors rest assured should you hire this company for any job, you probably will be very happy with the outcome.

Benito did a fantastic job of repairing our shower. We have an old house and getting the tile, colors, and measurements correct was key. He did a perfect job! We were pressed for time (3 days to a family visit) and Benito made time in his schedule to help us out. Great work! Thanx!
