- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer 10% discount for senior citizens military & police does not apply to our minimum charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always introduce our selfs,give them out brochure and invoice , treat them with respect and focus on their main concerns like it can be an specific stain,dog hair, odors etc. we want to make sure we don't leave until the customer has inspected everything and given us the green light to wrap it up once that's done we ask how our service was and hopefully we can see them again on their next project we try keeping it simple and comfortable as possible providing the best service.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Started working as a carpet cleaning helper moved to being a crew chief the. I decided to do it more independently so I became a subcontractor and worked for another company , I felt the prices the customers where given was not right and also all the extra fees they had to pay, as if only used customers once and lost their trust forever, so I decided to start a company bases on trust and quality because there is nothing better than a happy and repeat customer.
