- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are transparent and depend on the volume and complexity of the work. A preliminary assessment is always provided before the start of the project. Discounts are possible for regular customers or with a large amount of work. Additional costs, such as the purchase of materials, are agreed separately to avoid unexpected costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process of working with a new client includes several steps: first I listen to the task and clarify the details to understand the amount of work. Then I offer the best solution, announce the terms and cost. After approval, I proceed to the implementation, paying attention to quality and details. At the end of the work, be sure to check the result together with the client to make sure that everything meets expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received basic technical education and practical training in the field of equipment repair and maintenance. Over time, I expanded my skills through specialized courses, self-study and many years of experience with various tasks, including furniture assembly, repair and installation.
