- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
**All price quotes are subject to be changed with added requests during time of service. ALL PAYMENT PROCESSING FEES ARE NON NEGOTIABLE .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
****All service request will have to be decided after walk through of premises. ***We do require a non Refundable Booking fee of $35.00 before the walk through. (This Booking fee will be applied to overall cost of the job if our services are retained.) **We retain the right to deny any service request for any reason we deem to pose any form of safety hazards to our employees.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a former Distributor of Hyla products which we use in the homes. Our cleaning system uses water to purify the air as we clean and prevent the spread of dust throughout the house. I have over 10 years of management experience in door to door sales of those same home cleaning systems.
