- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The more hours the less per hour you pay. Non refundable deposit. In case of any cancellation ( especially last minute) I can accommodate and reschedule the event without cancellation fees for later time same year. And it’s a common cancellation policy in any service that is very understandable and respectful for both sides especially when sickness is the main reason. My top priority is professionalism and understanding customers and their needs, just like customers need to understand professionals and respect cancellation policies.
