FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our service call fee is $75 for one appliance and $55 for each additional one is charged for the inspection of your appliance. Upon inspection, the technician provides you with a quote for a recommended repair. If you decide to move forward with our services after the inspection you won't pay the service call fee, you'll be charged for the repair. If you refuse to repair, you will just pay $75 service call fee. Our technicians are real pros and many complicated breakdowns they can repair in a short time and they can do it only due to their long working experience and skills in fixing such problems. Every dollar you pay us is worth it, as the labor charge doesn't depend on the amount of spent time but on the complexity of the work. It varies between $75 and $345. For returning customers we have discounts. We are here for you anytime.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You find us and place us your request for repair. Then we contact you, ask questions and collect more information on the appliance problem, clarify the details, such as brand, age, model number, possible causes of breakdown, etc. If you need our service we arrange a service time convenient to you. Our technician comes and inspects your appliance and identifies the problem. After inspection, he quotes you the repair cost. If the problem will need parts replacement, ETA is 3-7 business days, because we order genuine parts from our suppliers and it takes time to get them from the manufactories. If the breakdown can be repaired without replacing parts, the technician repairs the appliance on the same day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
