- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing typically depends on the type of video the customer needs and what is required. My pricing also reflects my experience level and the high level of quality and customer service that I try to provide to my clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free consultation over the phone, Zoom or we can discuss the project via email. Communication is always a good thing. I encourage you to ask questions and so I can understand your needs and what's important to you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in video production and real world professional experience working on projects of all sizes.
