Phil provided services which included producing a video for our event with slides and music, and then he live-streamed the event. His work was exceptional. The video quality was first-rate, and our live-stream went off without a hitch as we had viewers (many not very tech savy) from all over the U.S. and as far away as Guam. He was responsive and punctual in all he did.

He got my vhs to dvd transfer done in a timely manner and produced a very good copy of what were irreplaceable tapes that were 24 years old. To be honest given the age of the tapes and the fact that they were VHS tapes I was not sure how they would turn out but they turned better than I could have hoped for. I’d definitely use them again if I need more tapes transferred. Jim Smith

Phil was a pleasure to work with and a very talented videographer. He went beyond the call of duty on many aspects to make sure that we were happy with the results. We have two completed projects a 90 second and a three minute video commercial. Both
are exciting and contemporary. I will recommend Mueller Production Services for a job well done.
Its important to define a deliverable and know how many times you can change something before its is billable. This needs to be done prior to starting the project.

We work with our clients to meet their budget requirements and always try to give them great value for their money!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet personally with our clients if possible so that we can understand their goals and expectations. During this time we can discuss creative ideas, the production process and budget. This allows them with get to know us better as well and creates a sense of trust and compatibility.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Phil Mueller has a BS degree from DePaul University in Video/Film Communication and Media. He has also been producing creative projects for over 15 years.
