- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Handyman service calls: We're currently charging $50 for estimates appointments, this paid amount will be deducted from your balance due should you decide to approve our proposal. Our minimum work order is $135 for up to 1 hour of work, this is more of a trip charge for small jobs. We will quote an exact price to perform a scope of work, we don't charge hourly. Remodel projects: A sales advisor would typically come to your house for this and would get a lot more detailed with you on your needs for the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We give free estimates and will come out to your house and give you an electronic or written proposal for the work you request. If requested we can sometimes do smaller projects on the spot, service calls, but most jobs we will quote on the spot and then schedule a time to come back and perform the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our craftsman have a minimum of 10 years experience in their trade, most have 15-25 years. Depending on the type of work order we do have licensed electricians or plumbers to perform jobs that require this.
