- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer competitive rates with mostly free service call or in some cases $125 but fee waived if hired for the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with a detailed consultation where I listen to the customer’s needs and discuss the project scope. I provide a transparent estimate and keep the customer informed throughout the process to ensure the job is done to their satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 3 years of hands-on experience as an electrician, completing a variety of residential and commercial projects. Although I am not licensed yet, I continuously seek to expand my knowledge and skills through real-world experience and staying updated on electrical safety standards.
