My siblings and I were preparing our family home for sell and needed to have the original maple hardwood floors in the main living areas and stairs refinished. The floors were in terrible shape due to water damage and being covered with carpeting for 46+ years. There were nails and discoloration present throughout. While other companies quoted nearly double for restoring the floors or tried to sell us on new flooring, Alseb provided a fair price, stated exactly what they would do and when they could start. Additionally, they warned us that they could not work miracles, but that the floors would look good once they finished. Their pricing was so reasonable, that we also hired them to install laminate flooring in one bedroom. They worked quickly and with high quality, so much so that we hired them to do even more projects. They installed laminate flooring in the kitchen, restored our entry door and built a new window frame for one that was decayed and rotted. The transformation was miraculous! We were extremely satisfied with this family owned business. The honesty, professionalism, customer service, and quality of the work done are unmatched. We recommend them and would definitely rehire them as they are great people!
