Steve just provided me with very honest and candid feedback about my printer that it was not worth it to have him come and fix my cheap HP printer. Hired Aero to come fix a printer we were having issues with. Turns out the cost to fix it was more then it was worth. He offered to waive the service charge and offered me a commercial printer he had available instead at a reasonable cost.

Very good and honest repair man. He knew exactly what my issuer was, then when researching the parts realized it was not wise to repair, as the part cost had doubled over the past year. Highly recommend!
