Steve just provided me with very honest and candid feedback about my printer that it was not worth it to have him come and fix my cheap HP printer. Hired Aero to come fix a printer we were having issues with. Turns out the cost to fix it was more then it was worth. He offered to waive the service charge and offered me a commercial printer he had available instead at a reasonable cost.

Steve was great to work with! He was able to make it out to look at our plotter fairly quickly. He seemed very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of guidance and even provided us with some insight on future maintenance. I would definitely work with him again!
