Dana was on time, nice and professional. She was able to navigate a complex hi rise situation, in which the laundry room is in the basement! She was quick and folded my clothes 20 floors up from where they were washed. In between cycles, she hand cleaned some dirty dishes! Super versatile cleaning expert.

These guys have no license or insurance and want to work illegally, I hope Thumbtak will sort this out, how could they be allowed to offer services if they do not have a work permit and legal documents, in addition to everything they are quite rude, I DO NOT RECOMMEND
