The food was excellent!! Charlie's presence during the event was perfect. He was out front and pleasant when needed and you didn't even know he was there during the appropriate times. Very well done.

We hired Charlie for a dinner for two. This was one of the best food experiences we have had. And we go out to a variety of restaurants a few times a month of all different cuisines. But first in home experience. First, Charlie was extremely responsive in the quoting process, worked with us to plan a fantastic menu and was flexible with dates and timing. The evening of the dinner, he showed up right on time, brought everything that was needed, super friendly and engaging during the whole evening and cleaned up the entire kitchen after the night. Between the cocktails, appetizers and the main course, beyond how amazing the food was, it was simply delightful to see someone who loves creating food and serving as much as Charlie. This was our first experience hiring Charlie, but certainly not the last. We look forward to our next event and will bring a bigger group next time to join in the fun! Thanks Charlie, it was great!

My pricing is competitive with most restaurants. It is important to me that the guest feels like their experience had good value.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers send their requests however is most convenient. I'll draft a proposal appropriate to the budget and submit it to the customer for review. Then, the customer and I work together to get every detail just right and settle on a price for the event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a culinary degree from The Illinois Institute of Art Chicago. I have worked in many award winning establishments in the United States.
