All through the Pandemic and since 2015, Shannon has been doing more than just weekly housecleaning for me and for my adult daughter, with two homes in Champaign, IL. When we decided to sell both homes, purchase a single home to share, in Mahomet, and then set about that process, Shannon was beyond flexible and helped with taking loads to Salt and Light, as well as helped to organize and clean both homes as they went on the market. She would check if the empty home needed a "touch-up" after it had a week of showings. When we were away on vacation for a month, we knew that Shannon would be checking on our home, including the unfinished basement to check on dryness. When we returned, she had even cleaned the outside of the first floor windows! She has done so many things that help keep our homes healthy. Experience with the Norwex cleaning system was the first reason we specifically sought her cleaning expertise. It is always a pleasure to see her at the door!
