- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are always personalized to your needs. But we do have a minimum of $500 for our event setups. We have specials from time to time follow us on Facebook to stay updated!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Lovelyloons wants to make your vision a reality, we can set up a complimentary consultation via phone, zoom or in person and chat all about you and your event! Every detail is included! After we have discussed your vision, we will prepare a personalized proposal/s with all your needs where you can decide if you want to proceed. Once agreed with the proposal, we sign an agreement and make an initial payment to save your date! We can also discuss about a complimentary site visit and/or mockup once we have booked your event. You sit relax and when the day comes we take care of everything from setup to breakdown after your event! It’s that easy!

We have been to courses and practice to be well prepared and get better every time!
