I cannot say enough about ShirBak Moving company. I hired them this past week for a local move. When I posted my job needed on Thumbtack, Bakari replied almost immediately. We spoke by phone, and I explained everything that I would be needing for the move, and he assured me that they would be able to handle everything with no problem. I even requested that they make a second stop on the way to my new home to pick up a couple pieces of furniture from a relative’s home for me, and they assured me that would be no problem at all. The day of the move, Bakari and Frank were there right on time. They were very friendly and answered any questions I had. They wrapped the furniture and any fragile items I had, very well. They packed the truck quickly and efficiently and unpacked it at the other end just as quickly and efficiently. They placed the living room furniture where we asked them to, and by the time they left my living room, looked ready to live in! They were respectful of property and always asked before moving something or picking something up that they weren’t sure about. I was moving out of a third floor apartment with lots of stairs and lots of furniture, but it didn’t slow them down at all. This was my first time hiring movers, and if I ever have to move again, my first call will be to ShirBak! Thank you Bakari and Frank for making what was a very stressful day so much less stressful!
