FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to keep my prices very fair in order to reach a wider range of clients. That does not mean I use cheaper products! My kit has only professional high performance stage/Cinema makeup that is very durable and resistant to any occasion! I also include lashes, skin care routine and airbrush in my price! so that's another bonus my clients get...no surprises at the end!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I like to send my client a form where I ask my client lots of questions about their skin type, expectations, makeup ideas, colors and styles and of course if they have any allergies or if I should be aware of anything when doing their makeup, after we have that call and I get to know a little bit more about my client, I will suggest a trial so we can try different looks and ideas until the client is 100% satisfied with the result. Lastly, I like to check in with my clients through text messages until the big day arrives.
