- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our minimum charge is $95 and it covers up to 1 hour. After that, we pro rate at $23.75 for every 15 minutes. If your job is a small one, we recommend that you find other small fixes that we can help with for you to fully utilize our time. Materials and parking are charged at cost. A 3% surcharge will be added to payments by Credit Card. Estimates are free. Discounts are available for larger projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1.) Initial consult done virtually. 2.) Estimate through email. 3.) On-site meeting (if necessary) for measurements, materials needed, etc. 4.) Contract finalization of scope of work, material costs, labor costs, and timeline. 5.) Schedule date(s) and time(s) for work. 6.) 25% retainer deposited prior to material pick-up. 7.) Work completed on site. 8.) Remainder of contracted fee deposited immediately upon work completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working first hand installing, repairing, and updating finishes for more than 10 years. I am familiar with the processes necessary to safely complete many home projects.
