Was out of town when I got an alert from my phone saying the furnace had gone out. Pro United responded quickly, and made it easy to do the whole thing remotely. The tech also provided detailed notes and made sure to talk through things with me over the phone. Would recommend for furnace repair.

Pro United was great to work with. My master bedroom had no airflow and was extremely cold because of the season. Thomas and Alex were able to reroute and install a new air duct and I now have the balanced temperatures in each room. I would definitely recommend!
