If you are looking for quality, attention to detail oriented and professional HVAC people...please look no further! We needed AC help immediately..I'm talking within 24 hours. Our unit had a AC system installed in the winter and the company failed to add enough Freon for the place to cool down in Chicago's overnight 90 degrees. I messaged a few people on Thumbtack and Pro-United responded within minutes. They were fully booked today and I asked that they reach out if anyone was to cancel and they sure did. 45 minutes later, we had these professionals at our door and they got our AC going. They answered all my questions with kindness and care. I appreciate them coming out so last minute. Overall super happy and grateful to Pro-United!

The technician that came in was great to work with. He replaced our igniter and just did a general inspection ahead of Winter. We plan to follow up with a more thorough evaluation of our ducts and vents with this company because we were very happy with their service and communication and value.
