TLDR: excellent quality of work, superb professionalism, respectful punctuality and unbeatable price. I will preface this review by saying that my cleanliness standards are like the people who do nuclear reactor meltdown or crime scene cleanup. When I do a deep cleaning, I methodically clean every single surface of a room (both visible to the eye and not visible), including but not limited to every centimeter of the walls, every inch of the floors (cleaning with, not against, the grain of the floorboards), every crack and crevice of the fan (and there are a lot of those), every corner of the windows (there are lots of those, too), and every inch of the closets, the front, back and all sides of doors, and shelves, and all surfaces and areas of the bathroom. Please bear my standards in mind as you read my review. So I hired Anna and her colleague to do a deep clean of an empty house that I was about to move in to. And because I am a self-professed clean freak, I went in right after they finished, and re-cleaned every centimeter of the house myself (only for my peace of mind, not because they didn't do an excellent job). That means I closely inspected their cleaning job and every single thing they touched. They did a GREAT job for a deep clean! There was basically negligible dust left! The house was about 2,200 sqft and it took them under 3 hrs to finish everything. What I valued most about Anna is her responsiveness and professionalism. I've spoken to many cleaners on Thumbtack (looking at you, ECO Cleaners) to price compare, and unlike others, Anna was very reasonably priced not at all pushy about earning my business! In fact, she was very responsive to me even though I contacted her after 9:00PM at night, just three days before I needed her service. She literally called me right away when I contacted her, which shows me she really valued my business. I really appreciate not only her work quality but her professionalism. I will absolutely be recommending her to my friends and family. Thank you for your work, Anna!
