FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not complicated at all, I know what companies charge for inferior quality and I try not to insult anyone so, I make it so it is affordable to my customer. I want to help so, I am very flexible with your budget. It is very important to let me know the service you are looking for and be specific about the number of photos to either scan, retouch or restore. I do accommodate those looking for "bulk" scanning as well, on average it's $1 per photo for scan, crop and deliver hi resolution imagery.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Chat via email until we are both happy with what I will be providing, meet at a location comfortable for both to exchange photos and discuss the end result. When complete, exchange original with new print and copy of image with payment. For scans only it's the same process only the exchange will be a thumb drive unless it's a small enough amount, I can drop ship to your email address.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, since I work for a High End "Boutique" Studio, I have all the latest updates and software at my disposal. I have been a color and retouching professional for over 30 years lending my skills to companies like Victoria's Secret and Harley Davidson
