Hi! My name is Patrick and I have been in the fitness/nutrition industry for over 15 years.
My clients are guided through simple processes to develop long term habit change. This is not an "on or off" type of arrangement. It's more of a work with me for a while and then be completely independent with the requisite knowledge, how to, and intrinsic motivation instilled.
This is holistic which includes live remote training, in depth nutrition coaching, and rewiring your brain so the changes stick.
You can only fail if you don't show up. The process is really simple.
1. We meet for a take our time consultation to see if it's a great fit.
2. Setup meetings to determine your fitness level and get started with simple yet actionable directives on eating habits.
3. We meet 1-3 times a week, this is not a "good luck to you" remote program but rather much more highly involved than an in person arrangement.
4. Depending on you as an individual there will be homework in between meetings.
Look, I like science and will educate you thoroughly (that part is as far as you want to take it). At the same time, this isn't complicated and I'm not the only coach in the universe that understands how to get you results.
So it needs to be a fit and we need to vibe in a great way that way you will be more likely to implement what I tell you to do.
