Chicagoland Home Products is locally owned and operated company located in Elk Grove Village that has been in business for 12 years. We handle all design, manufacturing and installation of custom closet, garage, home office, linen and pantry applications. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) We arrange a complimentary in home consultation 2) We determine storage needs, go over potential layout and material specifications 3) We draw up CAD rendering of space for approval 4) We install the storage solutions
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Designers are ACSP certified. Our installers have an in house apprentice program that they go through once hired. They don't go out in the field alone until they have completed this.
