They did good work overall and there was good value for what we got in return . We had them re-do our garage roof and soffits after a storm, replace our garage siding, and use their carpenter to replace our front awning. The carpenter did a good job with the demo and scratch fabrication of a new wooden awning over our front door. The roofing guys also did a solid job and I am happy with the end result.

I was very pleased with the process of getting a new roof. Our project manager, Tahsin, was extraordinary with recommending what was needed and best for our home, regardless of whether he would get the project or not. He worked with me to get the project down to a reasonable price from the number of competitive quotes I could choose from. His team finished my roof in a day. They were punctual, and cleaned up after themselves. I am more than pleased and highly recommend them!

Tahsin was very responsive and provided a quote right away. He and his team came and assessed our window damage and helped us make a plan moving forward. Would definitely recommend!

We are very pleased of the quality of the work that was done on our deck. Please see attached pictures. It looks beautiful and durable! The project timeline took longer than I would have liked, but there were issues with the village's availability to inspect and provide permits. Tahsin readily responded to queries and I had tons! We would definitely recommend them to others and would rehire them for future projects.

From the initial contact with Tahsin the salesman , the e-mail contacts with Susan at the office, the crews coming to do the work and the follow up details with Juan after having substantial storm damage to my home I have been VERY satisfied with the professional service that Lakeshore Builders provided for me and I would highly recommend them if you have any home repairs needed. They also have the ability to work with your insurance company at every stage and you only need to pick out your style, colors, windows or doors and they do the rest.
