- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When buying with us, we'll give you a cash credit back that you can use toward your closing costs (down payment, home inspection, appraisal, etc.). When selling with us, we offer listing plans as low as 1.5%. Our goal is to provide you with several options so you can pick what's best for you. One thing is certain, though, we provide 100% customer service with all of our plans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, it's important to have a consultation prior to moving forward, just to ensure that we are the right fit for you, and you are the right fit for us. If you're a seller, we'll schedule an interior walk-through of the home you'd like to sell. This will allow us to discuss the value of your home, the value of the services we offer, and other strategic ideas to make sure you get the most equity out of the sale of your home. If you're a buyer, I'd love to sit down and buy you a coffee, and discuss your situation, what you're looking for, and how we can successfully find you the perfect home.
