I am new to Chicago and I had to move locally about 30 miles. I was anxious about how to do it. When I found A&I Hotshot Logistics LLC, Issac immediately responded to my request. When I spoke to him over the phone he was kind, upfront, accommodating and very helpful. I had multiple questions before my move date and he was always very responsive. On the day of the move Issac and his partner Fadel arrived promptly. They were not only efficient but also, extremely accommodating because there were some issues with the loading dock in the building. Since I don't drive they generously offered to ride with them. They unloaded everything swiftly and efficiently and took care of all my items to make sure there was no damage. Their cost is beyond justifiable because Isaac and Fadel are not only efficient but also amazing people to communicate with, which immediately eliminated my anxiety about moving. I would recommend them to everyone.

I got lucky and got a few guys I knew to help me out right when I was getting my quotes. But I highly recommend Isaac. He had a lot better communication then the other companies I was reaching out to.
