Charles is one of the most professional contractors we have worked with. We ordered 14 windows from him this year, and his team installed the windows for us.
Charles always delivers the document/contract on the timeline he promised. He always communicate clearly about the windows order timeline and installation dates. He and his team always show up at the time they promised, causing minimum disturbance in our life. The windows seem very high quality and his team would walk us through at the end of the installation to make any changes if needed.
Overall, we had a great experience with Charles and his team. Highly recommend!

Charles did an phenomenal job installing our new egress window. There were some unforeseen issues and be was able to work around them and still complete the installation. Would recommend for any of your window and door needs.
