RC did a great job, they cut down the tree and removed everything in 1 day. They dropped a small piece of the tree on the roof and made a small hole. They were back to fix it within a couple of days. Thanks Ryan

They were punctual, professional and courteous. Response was quick. However, it was only later that I found out that several other services would have done the same job for a more affordable rate. I was short on time, had to clear out tree debris fast before getting a ticket issue by the city, as well as get the high branches of my locust tree trimmed. RC Tree Service were the first to respond, and they offered a decent rate, and I said earlier they were professional and courteous, so there were no red flags. Had I known that more affordable rates were available, perhaps I could have tried to negotiate a better deal. This is not to be taken as a negative point against RC Tree, but more a cautionary point for those looking to hire any professionals for this sort of job, to do their research in time if possible, so they can get the best deal possible.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer my customers competitive prices and flexible, cost reducing options for their tree removal/trimming projects.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will set up a time for a quote, the customer does not always have to be present for the quote but generally it is preferred. If the customer agrees to the work, I provide a time frame of how and when the work will be done. I am an owner/operator so I like to keep the customer informed for every step of the process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several years of experience in tree trimming and removals, through working for forest preserve districts and private tree companies. I also have a bachelors degree in earth science, as well as basic tree biology knowledge.
