I had Elburn electric in to replace a wall heating and air conditioning unit on my enclosed porch. Everything was done promptly., from their coming out to inspect before the quote, the quote itself, and then they’re coming out to do the work. The gentleman who worked on my project were aware of my home and we’re very careful. They were polite, considerate, and thorough. I highly recommend them as I am very happy with the system they recommended for my enclosed porch. They took the time to walk me through using the unit making sure I understood how to operate the system.

The quality work and their knowledge of local codes is fabulous. They have alerted us to things that weren’t done correctly, so we will definitely be using them again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Service fees are for driving to a customer site to preform work. Estimate fees if any are for estimates for work and will vary from village to village depending upon distance. The fees to perform work are additional to that. If you require a breakdown of these please contact prior to booking an appointment or requesting work to be performed. These two items are often times confused by potential clients. Please contact us if you are unsure for an explanation.

Site survey, bid, and project completion. We always keep an open line of communication with our customers before, during and after a project.
