I take pride in the FLAVOR of my food. My main focus is my customer’s happiness when they try the meals. I NEVER cut corners because I like to give good quality service. This was an amazing experience! Chef Shay & T was soo much fun, easy to work with & the food was amazing!!! Will definitely do this again! Just an overall very positive experience for me (the host :) & the guests! A week later it’s still being talked about!!!

“I’ve been ordering from her since 2020 and I’m glad she now personal chefs. I recently just booked her for a fiesta night I just had. The Birria tacos were great and she even made different flavor margaritas and cocktails. Will be booking her again for my next event.”

They are affordable so I’ve heard.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first look at what they are looking for and how many guests they are trying to cater to. I then write them a message to let them know I appreciate the interest in working with me. I let them know a great time to talk and in that time I am now customizing a menu. So when they call I can have everything together so if they are wanting to move forward we can.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Just food safety and cleanliness.This is so important for me and especially for customer.
