- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first look at what they are looking for and how many guests they are trying to cater to. I then write them a message to let them know I appreciate the interest in working with me. I let them know a great time to talk and in that time I am now customizing a menu. So when they call I can have everything together so if they are wanting to move forward we can.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Just food safety and cleanliness.This is so important for me and especially for customer.
