- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very transparent with our prices -- they are clearly displayed on our website. The proper package will become clear during our assessment visit based on an evaluation of your dog's behavior/environment and your goals. We are happy to work with you to find the perfect solution.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone conversation to get a brief overview of your needs. Step 2 is an assessment visit to meet you and your dog(s). We'll dive deep into understanding all of your dog's behaviors and habits, then discuss the best training package, our methodology and set goals. Then we proceed with approximately weekly (depending on your schedule) lessons. We'll work with you and your dog for 30-45 minutes depending on your dog's ability. We give you documentation and homework to do in between lessons. Your involvement and commitment to reinforcing the lessons is essential for long term success.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our trainers are all certified by the Instinctive Dog Trainers Association and are part of the nationwide Always Faithful Dog Training organization. Our trainers undergo indepth training and benefit from consistent ongoing education and support. In existence since 2003, our trainers combined have trained over 60,000 dogs.
