My basement flooded and I was a wreck... I am so happy I called Damage Defense. They were able to walk me through the process and made me feel much better day one. After 3 weeks of drying they were all finished up and my home was ready for repairs.The crew was professional and clean. The manager communicated with me through the whole process to keep me in the loop.I would absolutely hire Damage Defense Restoration for any water damage related problems.

I called Damage Defense when my basement flooded, and have to say I had a very positive experience. They were quick to come out, and got to work almost immediately. The whole process was smooth, and they were very thorough, documenting everything and worked with our insurance company. I would describe the whole process as being as pain free as it could have been given the situation, but Jason, the manager that came out, definitely put me at ease since I was kind of panicking. My home was saved and everything is as if nothing ever happened. I will definitely call again if I ever need any mitigation work!
