- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a set price based on a percent of the amount of rent collected each month. Our prices reflect the high level of service that PMI Service group brings to our owners. You will have peace of mind and have your time back knowing that what is likely your largest investment is in the best hands with PMI Service Group's experienced team.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We being with a phone call to discuss the owners goals for their property(s) and how PMI Service Group can help them solve their problems. If it seems like there is a fit we will schedule a visit to their property and discuss the potnetial of the property, including doing a free rental analysis.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are backed by Property Management Inc, the largest property management company in North America. We attended and continue to attend their online and in person property management training. We are a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) were we attend trainings as well.
