We needed a cabinet cut out for a dishwasher in our dated 80s kitchen. We could have attempted it ourselves, but it was part of a larger cabinet and we weren't confident we could do it without damaging the entire configuration of cabinets and countertop (meaning we'd have to replace everything immediately). Luckily Emmanuel and Maria were up to the task and they did it perfectly! They also helped us remove these big metal awnings covering our front windows and door. We appreciated the quick turnaround because we needed them to perform the work before our electrician came to install the outlet for the dishwasher.

I bought a new washer and dryer and the company ran into an issue with our pipes and could not install them! I hired EM Renovations and he got my washer and dryer up and running SAME DAY! Very kind and reasonably priced. We are happy campers and will be using this company for many more things!

Repairs Count: 2/2 Professionalism amazing! Very responsive, punctuality was perfect! Very polite…the work quality was perfect! Kitchen ceiling fan rotation made a scraping noise during rotation, before repairs and after repairing. However the team refused to allow it, rotation is perfect now! Second repair bathroom light was installed so fast it literally felt like 10 minutes or less. Great value! Highly recommend TIPPING! ✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅✅

E&M renovation is the best. I have used them over 3 times in the last month. They helped me with installing my new toilets, kitchen/bathroom faucets and also help me move in to my new house. Overall, I would highly recommend E&M for all of your housing handyman needs.

I was satisfied with the quality of work. Had requested for a snow removal service and our driveway is huge. Happy with how two of them cleaned up the area. I’d recommend them any day.
