She was very reasonably priced, pleasant and willing to work on my timeline. I had a meeting to attend; so after she arrived, I paid her in advance including a $50 tip for move out cleaning of a mostly empty, 1500 sf. 2bd, 2bath apt. When I came back, it looked like everything was “wiped down” but nothing was really clean. I took a few pictures and sent them with my expressed disappointment. She agreed to come back that evening, which she did. She was here about 20 minute and made some improvement to these area, but she claimed they were stained and would not get completely clean. I have remove most thing from the apartment; so no cleaning supplies of my own. Instead I took a toothbrush and got some dove bar soap on the bristles - it clean the “stain” right up. She was here for at least two hours the first time, and it appears she “touched” most surfaces, but I’m not convinced she used any cleaning products or even a clean cloth to star. The apartment was definitely not cleaned.

Sanela was polite and punctual. It was snowing the day of the appointment and she still arrived right on time. I had reached out to her about a complete bathroom cleaning and she responded quickly. She was able to accommodate my time constraint, which I greatly appreciated. It took her a little over an hour to to the job and I was pleased with her work. I will definitely be requesting her services again.
